This gentle yoga class is designed with eight sequences of great a variety of preparations and poses to introduce a novice student to what is possible in a yoga practice. We will practice standing, seated (in the chair and on the floor), and reclined poses as well as breath work and restorative poses. There will be a handout of each sequence practiced as well as supplemental information. Please bring your own mat and blanket(s).
Class runs Sept. - May. in 4- or 8-week sessions, around holidays.
