Beginner's  Yoga Level I

This comprehensive class will truly bring  yoga back to its roots, to create a holistic learning experience. The class is designed for beginners and will cover all categories of yoga poses including: 

  • Standing

  • Seated (in the chair and on the floor)

  • Reclined

  • Twists

  • Folds

  • Weight Bearing

  • Beginning inversions

  • Restoratives as well as Pranayama (breath work) and Mudra (hand gestures), Aromatherapy, Sound Healing & more!

Please bring your own yoga mat & blanket.

Beginner's  Yoga Level II

This gentle yoga class is designed for intermediate students 

Please bring your own yoga mat & blanket. We will practice a variety of poses, including:

  • Restoratives as well as Pranayama (breath work) and Mudra (hand gestures).

Intermediate Yoga

These intermediate classes are designed with great variety to maintain and progress students at an intermediate level of practice.  Prerequisite is participation in Beginner’s Yoga or having had a personal yoga practice.  Please bring your own mat and blanket(s).  Please contact Mona Flynn for registration details. 

Class Schedule:  Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9:15 - 10:15am
September 3rd - October 24th - 8 weeks - $100 for once a week or $200 for twice a week
October 29th - December 12th - 6 weeks - $75 for once a week or $150 for twice a week
January 7th - February 27th - 8 weeks - $100 for once a week or $200 for twice a week
March 3rd - April 30th - 8 weeks - $100 for once a week or $200 for twice a week
May 5th - May 28th - 4 weeks - $50 for once a week or $100 for twice a week

Welcome Wednesday Yoga

Designed to be a 5-8 Week Session, following Christ UMC Education calendar. 

Class Schedule: Wednesdays from 6:20 - 7:20pm
September 18th - October 16th - 5 weeks - $65
October 23rd* - November 20th - 5 weeks - $65

Chair Yoga

This gentle yoga class is designed with 8 sequences of great a variety of preparations & poses to introduce a novice student to what is possible in a yoga practice.  We will practice:

  • Standing;

  • Seated (in the chair and on the floor); and

  • Reclined poses as well as breath work & restorative poses.

There will be a handout of each sequence practiced as well as supplemental information. Please bring your own mat and blanket(s).  
 Drop in rate is $15/class.
