NEW CLASS!  Beginner's  Yoga Level I: This comprehensive class will truly bring  yoga back to its roots, to create a holistic learning experience. The class is designed for beginners and will cover all categories of yoga poses including: 

  • Standing
  • Seated (in the chair and on the floor)
  • Reclined
  • Twists
  • Folds
  • Weight Bearing
  • Beginning inversions
  • Restoratives as well as Pranayama (breath work) and Mudra (hand gestures), Aromatherapy, Sound Healing & more!  

Please bring your own yoga mat & blanket. We will practice a variety of poses, including:  

Class Schedule:  Tuesdays at 10:30am - 11:30am (March 7 - May 2, 2017)
Class Rates:  8 Week Session is $80/Person; Drop In Class Rate is $12/Person.

Beginner's  Yoga Level II: This gentle yoga class is designed for intermediate students. It is designed to be an 8-Week Session. 

Please bring your own yoga mat & blanket. We will practice a variety of poses, including:  

  • Standing
  • Seated (in the chair and on the floor)
  • Reclined
  • Twists
  • Beginning inversions
  • Restoratives as well as Pranayama (breath work) and Mudra (hand gestures).  

Class Schedule:  Tuesdays at 11;45am - 12;4pm (September 16, 2016 - May 30, 2017)
Class Rates:  8 Week Session is $80/Person; Drop In Class Rate is $12/Person.

Intermediate Yoga: These intermediate classes are designed with great variety to maintain and progress students at an intermediate level of practice.  Prerequisite is participation in Beginner’s Yoga or having had a personal yoga practice.  Please bring your own mat and blanket(s).  Intermediate classes are paid Monthly. Welcome Wednesday Yoga: Designed to be a 5-8 Week Session, following Christ UMC Education calendar. 
Note:  No Class on March 1 (Ash Wednesday) or April 12 (Spring Break)

Class Schedule: Wednesdays from 6:20 - 7:20pm
Class Rates:  Drop in fee is $12/Class

Sunday Yoga (Beginner to Intermediate)

Class Schedule: Sundays at 4:45 - 5:45pm

Chair Yoga: This gentle yoga class is designed with 8 sequences of great a variety of preparations & poses to introduce a novice student to what is possible in a yoga practice.  We will practice:

  • Standing;
  • Seated (in the chair and on the floor); and
  • Reclined poses as well as breath work & restorative poses.

There will be a handout of each sequence practiced as well as supplemental information. Please bring your own mat and blanket(s).  

Class Schedule:  Mondays at 1:45 - 2:45pm and Thursdays at 11:45am - 12:45pm
