"Thank you for the highly relevant and successful shoulder yoga routine. For many years my left shoulder ached. Years earlier and orthopedic doctor said I had calcium deposits that cause the aching. I wanted to avoid surgery, so I just lived with the aching for many years and tried to avoid sleeping on my left shoulder. Some time ago I took your session on shoulders where we used straps with the help of a partner to accomplish various movement and stretching techniques. Since then I use an elastic tube and a secure steel post to do similar techniques about four times a week. Now it’s rare that I have any aching and am able to sleep on my left shoulder."
