We make so many self-discoveries on our mat. It is our sacred space that allows lessons learned to aid transformation. We often begin with attention to the physical but with time and practice, this learned attention cultivates the use of breath and inner awareness. If we put that to work, we can begin to release unnecessary tension, allow healthy re-patterning and the places of self discovery become new as we renew. Yoga is a life long-practice.
