This helps to counter the heaviness of negative feelings and behaviors. When outside, looking up moves you to seeing the light, feeling lighter, recognizing that the things which might seem so difficult really are manageable....all of this and more. Looking up parallels looking on the bright side, feeling more empowered, and especially more focused and positive. We have a great new year ahead, and the possibilities of personal growth coupled with moving our world forward are exponential. Look up, look forward and get ready!

Yoga poses to try - Triangle and revolved triangle, as the gaze is up and the opening of the front body and the strengthening of the back body is empowering. Revolved tingle will help you get rid of what weighs you down.
