January 6 Yoga Nidra 3:00 – 4:15 pm; Cost $20 Register by January 2
Come raise your vibration and contribute to the collective consciousness by starting the New Year 2019 with Yoga Nidra! This is a comprehensive restorative practice with a purpose beyond the body, mind, and emotions. Learning classical yoga nidra incorporates the understanding and use of pre-practices (kriyas), mudra, mantra, asana, pranayama, and bandha,.  In this practice of deep sleep there is also a great awakening. According to my teacher, Indu Arora, the purpose of Yoga Nidra can be defined in the following ways:
      a.  Aham bhutva- to become Self
      b.  Atma-Bodha – to know Self
      c.  Jiva to Jivamukta – to be free from bondage of karmas while alive by understanding the difference between the real and the un-real, temporary and eternal, true and un-truth
     d.  Sad – Guru- to awaken the inner Guru, to calibrate the inner compass to reach the highest truth
     e.  Chetana – to attain consciousness
Come ready to plant the seeds of intention, in this practice and for your New Year!
