Honoring Our Teachers at the auspicious time of Guru Purnima - this includes YOU!
Each summer, the yoga tradition celebrates Guru Purnima, a time to honor the teachers who have illuminated our path from our practice lineage. It is an opportunity to pause in gratitude for the wisdom that has been shared across generations and to reflect on how that wisdom continues to shape our own lives.
Embodiment points us toward … Love … for self and others.
Drop in for a Life Fit class and check out what we are working on in this session: yoga and Pilates to support functional movement and embodiment, so we can more freely live our practice with sithra and sukha - grounded and with ease.
What is your love language?
Dr. Gary Chapman came up the idea that we all communicate in five love languages: words of affirmation, physical touch, receiving gifts, quality time, and acts of service. At Life Fit Yoga, our love language is Quality Time in Yoga!
