Group Classes

LifeFit offers yoga, pilates, and wellness classes that range in challenge, flow, and style to accommodate every experience level. Each of our yoga classes is specifically designed to  increase strength, improve mobility and balance, reduce stress, and introduce hidden gems from yoga’s ancient heritage to enhance your practice on the mat. 

All classes are infused with additional yogic practices (pranayama, mudra, bandha, and more) while supporting contemplative practices. 

Ongoing Group Classes

Seven weekly group classes meet at the new location of Greensboro Performing Arts, 7200 Summerfield Road. Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of class to set up. Tuesday Beginners Yoga, Monday and Thursday Chair Yoga and Thursday Intermediate Yoga will continue to be Hybrid classes.

These group classes do not meet June- August. We’d love for you to join us for Life Fit Summer retreats, workshops, and special offerings. Please see the On Demand section for more practice options.

What is a Hybrid Class?

Hybrid classes give students an option to participate in person, or online. Upon registration, everyone will receive a Zoom link, and can choose which way to attend.

Those interested to practice in person will meet at the new location of Greensboro Performing Arts, 7200 Summerfield Road.

All students must come with their own props and can purchase new props if needed.
