
Restorative Practice with Yoga Bolster
We will learn how to accommodate/set up 4 restorative poses with a yoga bolster, for an hour of deep restoratives. Proper support allows the body to rest deeply, giving space for the mind to also quiet. Join us to learn how! If you do not have a bolster, substitute with pillows and blankets.
In addition, all students will need a mat, 2 blankets, yoga strap, two blocks and an (optional) eye pillow. Greensboro students – if you need any of these props, please reach out to Mona.
What to Know:
This yoga class will help us understand how to use a bolster and/or props to support 4 restorative yoga poses, reviewing them during the first 15 minutes and then transitioning from one to another organically within the hour, for an elongated deep rest.
All students need a yoga mat, bolster or long pillows, 2 blankets, yoga strap, two blocks and an (optional) eye pillow. Greensboro students – if you need any of these props, please reach out to Mona.
This class is held virtually via Zoom. A replay will be provided for a two week period.
