• 7 Nights Accommodations at the beautifully designed, family-run hotel nestled on the cliffs of a quiet and peaceful Greek Island. Conveniently located near the bay and within walking distance of sandy beaches. Every room has a simple, elegant decor and boasts views of the sea.

• Brunch and dinner daily, prepared with local, organic ingredients, starting with dinner on the first night and ending with breakfast on the last day.

• 7 morning practices, 4 evening practices: Iyengar-influenced yoga, Pilates, Yoga Nidra, Sound Bath and Aromatherapy

• Free use of spa facilities (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, indoor heated saltwater swimming pool, and fitness center)

• Half-hour massage [can be applied to longer services]

• Greek cooking class on the second day

• Greek dancing class on the last night

• Optional: additional 25 hour Yoga Wall Intensive Certification - register for an online course to complete at your own pace before the retreat. Meet twice virtually before the retreat. Meet for 2 hours outside of the group retreat agenda to complete training. 

• Daily yoga classes with Mona, occasionally assisted by students in the yoga training.

• Access to guided excursions or unstructured personal time to rest, reflect, renew, explore and relax.

Cancellation Policy

Life Fit Inc. Retreat to Greece, July 17 - 24, 2027

Please note that Life Fit, Inc. Greece Yoga Retreat is limited to a small number of attendees, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, and the cancellation policy is in place to help both guests and retreat leaders alike work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.

1. HOLD DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

2. Hold deposits (minus $150 USD admin fee) are transferable to another attendee found and assigned by original attendee, before April 15, 2027. After April 15, Hold deposits are not transferable.

Final payments must be made by the due date. Please see refund/payment schedule below. 

Payment schedule 

Deposit $600 (non-refundable) due upon registration. 

Earlybird cutoff, November 1, 2026

Full Balance due: February 15, 2027 (~5 months prior to retreat) 

$ 1,800 each for shared occupancy, for early bird registrants

$ 2,700 for private room, for early bird registrants

$ 2,100 each for shared occupancy, for deposits received after November 1, 2026

$ 3,000 for private room,  for deposits received after November 1, 2026  

Refunds

Full refund (less deposit) before February 14, 2027.

Half refund (less deposit) before April 15, 2027

On and after April 15, 2027, no refund unless the retreat is full, and another person fills your spot.  

Sending in your deposit assumes you have read and understand the refund policy.

No one books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance (see below). It is your responsibility to read and understand this cancellation policy. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance. We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the retreat. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid to Life Fit Yoga will be refunded, minus transaction fees. Notification of cancellation for this reason will occur at least 1 month prior to retreat start date. Life Fit Inc. cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.
