Registration

All reservations are priced for one person. If you’re reserving a room for just yourself, select Private room type. If you'd like to come with someone else, please select Shared and indicate the other guest(s) in your registration form.

​​​​​​All rooms have heating and air conditioning, are furnished with antique or Sicilian style furniture, and with cotton sheets and towels.

All attendees must complete a medical questionnaire on arrival.

Booking information

$200 Early Bird discount valid if deposit paid by October 1,  2025, and balance paid by January 15, 2026.

  • 3 Cottages with 2 bedrooms each with a shared bathroom (6 rooms)

    • Three cottages in the garden, all with their own private patio and kitchenette. Each cottage has two double rooms, one of which is separated by colourful heavy curtains, which can be open to create a large common area. 

    • Double occupancy: $2,200 USD per person (2 persons per bedroom, must register with roommate or be willing to pay single rate)

    • Single occupancy (per bedroom): $3,400 USD

  • 3 Luxury Rooms with private bathroom above the Yoga Shala in the Main building

    • Double occupancy (per person): $2,500 USD

    • Single occupancy: $3,800

  • 3 Suites as cottages with private bathroom, living room, kitchenette, private terrace and one bedroom

    • Double occupancy: $2,800 (per person)

    • Single occupancy: $4,500​

OUR ROOMS 

We can accommodate 24 guests in 12 between suites and double rooms, one of which will be at free disposal for the teacher, meals included. Therefore we can accommodate up to 22 students, plus teachers. All beds can be separated or joined together, depending on the needs. Rooms are equipped with cotton sheets and towels.                                   

Three suites in cottages (around 50sq.m) offer each one double bedroom with private bathroom, a living room, a kitchenette, and a terrace                  

Three luxury rooms (around 25sq.m each) with private bathroom, are located in the main building, above the Yoga room. 

The other six double rooms, with shared bathroom – one every two rooms – are located in three cottages (around 60 sqm each) in the garden, all with their own equipped private patio and a kitchenette. Each cottage has two double rooms, one of which is separated by colourful heavy curtains, which can be open to create a large common area. 

All rooms have heating and air conditioning facilities, free in-room Wi-Fi and are elegantly furnished with antique or Sicilian style furniture


Payment Schedule 

  • Hold Deposit

    • Hold deposit is due upon registration: $515 non-refundable deposit, applied to the total rate.

    • Hold deposit, minus a $100 USD admin fee, is transferable to another attendee found and assigned by the original attendee, before January 15, 2026. After January 15, 2026, hold deposits are not transferable.

  • Balance invoices will be sent on January 2, 2026; due by January 31, 2026.

  • An Early Bird discount of $200 off the balance is available if the deposit is paid by October 1 and balance paid by January 15, 2026.

Refund Policy

  • Cancellations between January 15 and March 14, 2026, are entitled to a refund, minus the deposit, only if another student fills the spot.

  • We will sell all remaining spots before filling the space for anyone requesting a refund. No refunds after March 15, 2026.

Cancellation Policy

Life Fit Yoga Sicilian Spirit Retreat is limited to a small number of attendees, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, and the cancellation policy is in place to help both guests and retreat leaders alike work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.

No one books a retreat with the intention of canceling, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance (see below). It is your responsibility to read and understand this cancellation policy. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early.

We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance. We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the retreat. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.

We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid to Life Fit Yoga will be refunded, minus transaction fees. Notification of cancellation for this reason will occur at least 1 month prior to retreat start date. Life Fit Inc. cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.
