Mastering the Basics of The Great Yoga Wall ™: A workshop designed to introduce students to the concepts,  advantages and experiences of using a yoga wall. Rope wall history, mechanics and care will be followed by learning and then curating a Yoga Wall warmup with the following yoga poses: Uttanasana, Adho and Urdhva Mukha Svanasana, Parivrtta Parsvakonasana, Parivrtta Trikonasana, Garudasana, Virabhadrasana I, II, III, Supta Padangusthasana and Balasana. Students will learn: mechanisms and modifications of these poses for movement in all quadrants of the body.

Spinal Rejuvenation and The Great Yoga Wall ™: A workshop designed to Introduce the Spinal Rejuvenation Series and Twists on a rope wall, practices that enhance spinal and ribcage mobility, proprioception, interoception and overall movement. Not all twists are for everyone, but The Great Yoga Wall ™ can provide traction and support, thereby making these poses safe and accessible to students with structural limitations. We will practice and learn more about the benefits of traction for improving spinal mobility, balance and overall strength. Poses covered: Dandasana, Maricyasana,  Parsva Adho Mukha Svanasana, Parivrtta Parsvakonasana, Parivrtta Trikonasana, Ardha Matysendresana, Parirtta Janu Sirsasana, Parsvakasana, Ardha Chandrasana, Sirsasana, Svanasana.
