About Yoga for the Feet
A workshop appropriate for everyone, no matter what your age or injury level (injury free even). Our feet are the foundation of our body and provide stability, mobility, independence and the opportunities to embrace the joys of movement! We will cover a little general anatomy, understand about foot “types” and connect yoga poses, preparations, and modifications to help with ensuring healthy foot dynamics, functional movement, balance work, and more. We will end with yogic foot massage using reflexology and organic Ayurvedic herbal oils. Get a head start on putting your best foot forward, just in time for spring! Movement professionals and yoga teachers will find great content to supplement their offerings. See registration to add CEC certification.
