Registration
All reservations are priced for one person. If you’re reserving a room for just yourself, select Private room type. If you'd like to come with someone else, please select Shared and indicate the other guest(s) in your registration form.
All rooms come with a private bathroom and ceiling fans.
Note: Only four rooms (8, 9, 10, and 11) feature air conditioning. Make sure to reserve one of these rooms if this is a requirement.
Blue Osa Room Selection Details
Freedom (Room 1)
2-person room, $2,500 per person*
Perched on the top level, enjoy panoramic views of the beaches and tropical gardens in this penthouse suite. Located just meters from the dining room, pool, yoga studio, spa, and beach.
*Equipped with a king bed and two single beds. Can be reserved as a single room for $3,800.
Peace (Room 2)
3-person room, $2,000 per person*
Peace is a beautiful, spacious room with ocean views overlooking the lush landscape and garden. Enjoy some of the best views on the property.
*Equipped with three double beds. Three people must register together.
Breath (Room 3)
3-person room, $2,000 per person*
Costa Rica suites should always have a view. This 2nd level room features oversized windows that let in the stunning natural light and the refreshing ocean breeze. You’ll be kissed by the sun each morning and enjoy the short walk to the beach.
*Equipped with three double beds. Three people must register together.
Harmony (Room 4)
2-person room, $2,200 per person*
Perfectly positioned in the heart of Blue Osa, just steps from the dining area, lap pool, and spa. Take one step outside, and you’ll find yourself in the lush central garden looking out over the beach.
*Equipped with two double beds and a single bed. Third guest can be added for $1800.
Bliss (Room 5)
2-person room, $2,200 per person*
With an ocean view, bliss overlooks the garden and is only steps away from the beach. Find a private sitting area just outside your room overlooking the garden and beach.

Love (Room 6)
2-person room, $2,200 per person*
There’s simply nothing like waking up to the ocean’s sound while enjoying the morning sea breeze and natural light this room has to offer.

Shanti (Room 7)
2-person room, $2,200 per person*
Take one step outside, and you’ll find yourself in the lush principal garden looking out over the beach. Come find your inner strength through truth and understanding amidst the bliss of Shanti.

OM (Room 8, with AC)
2-person room, $2,500 per person*
Wake up to the tranquil sounds of the forest, animals, and ocean and become one with nature. Greet every morning with the first word of the world, ”Om.”

Karma (Room 9, with AC)
2-person room, $2,500 per person*
Take a walk on the wild side and immerse yourself in the jungle to enjoy all this room has to offer. Give back to yourself and visit Karma for an unforgettable and enlightening experience.

Balance (Room 10, with AC)
2-person room, $2,500 per person*
Sumptuously nestled amongst the trees and wildlife of Blue Osa, prepare for an authentic Costa Rican experience. Just a stone’s throw away from the chlorine-free lap pool, spa facilities and beachfront.
*Equipped with one queen bed and one double bed. Can be reserved as a 1-person room for $3,800.
Namaste (Room 11, with AC)
2-person room, $2,500 per person*
Get in touch with your inner divinity in Namaste. This Costa Rican suite is our most remote room, and closest to the pool. This beautiful space is perfect for your morning meditation, and the opportunity to turn inward for your yogic journey.
*Equipped with one queen bed and one double bed. Can be reserved as a 1-person room for $3,800.
Faith (Room 12)
2-person room, $2,300 per person*
Get in touch with your inner divinity in Namaste. This Costa Rican suite is our most remote room, and closest to the pool. This beautiful space is perfect for your morning meditation, and the opportunity to turn inward for your yogic journey.

Moksha Suite (Room 13)
$5,350 for suite*
Moksha means “the attainment of spiritual freedom here on earth”. And in Blue Osa’s Costa Rica luxury eco-resort, you will experience just that. This two-story private open air bungalow will give you peace of mind and the feeling you have truly arrived. “You belong here. You are home.”

Payment Schedule
Hold Deposit
Hold deposit is due upon registration: $515 non-refundable deposit, applied to the total rate.
Hold deposit, minus a $100 USD admin fee, is transferable to another attendee found and assigned by the original attendee, before January 15, 2025. After January 15, 2025, hold deposits are not transferable.
Balance is due by January 15, 2025.
An Early Bird discount of $200 off the balance is available if the deposit is paid before November 1, 2024.
Refund Policy
A full refund is available (minus the hold deposit) if requested before October 15, 2024.
A half refund is available (minus the hold deposit) if requested before January 15, 2025.
After January 15, 2025, no refund unless the retreat is full and another person fills your spot, and a $100 admin fee will be required to transfer the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Costa Rica Yoga Retreat is limited to a small number of attendees, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, and the cancellation policy is in place to help both guests and retreat leaders alike work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.
No one books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance (see below). It is your responsibility to read and understand this cancellation policy. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early.
We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance. We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the retreat. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid to Life Fit Yoga will be refunded, minus transaction fees. Notification of cancellation for this reason will occur at least 1 month prior to retreat start date. Life Fit Inc. cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.
