Greek Island Retreat Registration

Includes

• Group ground transport to/from the port on Amorgos to Aegialis

• Brunch and dinner daily, prepared with local, organic ingredients

• 7 morning practices, 4 evening practices: Iyengar-influence yoga, Pilates, Yoga Nidra, and aromatherapy

• Use of spa facilities including sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, indoor saltwater pool and fitness center

• Half-hour massage [can be applied to longer services]

• Access to guided excursions or unstructured personal time to rest, reflect, renew, explore and relax. 
  

Payment Schedule 

• Hold Deposit

  • Hold deposit is due upon registration: $600 non-refundable deposit, applied to the total rate.

  • Hold deposit, minus a $100 USD admin fee, is transferable to another attendee found and assigned by the original attendee, before April 15, 2024. After April 15, hold deposits are not transferable.

• Remaining balance if deposit is paid by Early Bird date, November 1, 2023, and is due by February 15, 2024

  • $ 1,700 each for shared occupancy

  • $ 2,600 for a private room

• Remaining balance if deposit is paid after Early Bird date, November 1, 2023, and is due by February 15, 2024

  • $2,000 each for shared occupancy

  • $2,900 for a private room

Refund Policy

• A full refund is available (minus the hold deposit) if requested before February 14, 2024

• A half refund is available (minus the hold deposit) if requested before April 15, 2024

• After April 15, 2024, no refund unless the retreat is full and another person fills your spot

• Sending in your deposit assumes you have read and understand the refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

Greece Yoga Retreat is limited to a small number of attendees, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, and the cancellation policy is in place to help both guests and retreat leaders alike work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.

No one books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance (see below). It is your responsibility to read and understand this cancellation policy. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early.

We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance. We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the retreat. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.

We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid to Life Fit Yoga will be refunded, minus transaction fees. Notification of cancellation for this reason will occur at least 1 month prior to retreat start date. Life Fit Inc. cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.
