Yoga, Aromatherapy and Ayurveda: An Intersection for Wellbeing

$53.00

Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 2pm to 4pm

How might your yoga practice and everyday routines support your health?

Join Mona for an experiential workshop exploring the intersection of accessible yoga, aromatherapy, and Ayurveda. We’ll consider metabolic health through the lens of movement, stress, rest, and daily habits, alongside Ayurveda’s traditional teachings on digestive fire and daily rhythm.

The practice will combine muscular engagement, mindful movement, comfortable breathing, and restorative rest. Optional aromatherapy offers an opportunity to explore scent as a personal support for relaxation and attention.

Leave with a short home practice and practical ideas for creating a routine you can sustain. This workshop welcomes curious beginners and experienced students alike. Aromatherapy participation is optional; scent-free alternatives will be available.

This is an educational wellness workshop, intended to complement individualized health care.

Learning objectives

Participants will be able to:

  • Describe dimensions of health and well-being

  • Understand factors of metabolic health in terms broader than body weight.

  • Learn how aromatherapy supports health and compliments mind-body practices

  • Distinguish Ayurvedic concepts from biomedical measures.

  • Practice a short sequence that includes both activity and rest.

  • Create a manageable daily routine with optional aromatherapy components.

Who is this for?
Adults interested in sustainable self-care, yoga students curious about Ayurveda, and teachers seeking ideas for integrating movement and restorative practices. No prior Ayurveda or aromatherapy experience is needed.

Why it matters
The workshop turns a broad health topic into small, repeatable practices that participants can adapt to their own lives.
