Yoga Wall Inspired Practice: Support, Explore, Strengthen
Sunday, November 8, 2026, 2pm to 4pm
What becomes possible when you have a little support?
For more than 25 years at Life Fit Yoga, we have explored how the Yoga Wall can make practice accessible while deepening our understanding of familiar poses. This workshop invites you to experience that approach through supported positioning, gentle traction where appropriate, and active movement.
Explore how support can help you notice alignment, refine effort, and approach mobility, stability, and strength with greater confidence. There will be opportunities to adapt the practice to your body and goals.
You’ll also learn short home practices using an ordinary wall and familiar props—practical ways to bridge gaps in your routine and maintain movement capacity.
Invite a friend, enjoy a fun empowering group practice!
Learning objectives
Participants will be able to:
Describe how external support can influence balance, alignment, and effort.
Adjust a supported pose to their own range and comfort.
Identify when support helps them explore and when active effort builds capacity.
Recreate selected workshop principles at home without a specialized Yoga Wall.
Who is this for?
Students curious about the Yoga Wall, longtime practitioners seeking a fresh perspective, and adults interested in accessible ways to maintain movement confidence. People returning after an injury can discuss suitable participation with you in advance.
Why it matters
The wall creates opportunities to explore familiar poses differently. The home adaptations help participants carry that learning into regular practice.
